Reiki Classes
At Dahl Holistic Health, we offer Reiki Level 1, 2, and 3 instruction over Zoom.
Level 3 classes include Master Practitioner and Teacher options. We teach traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho, which is the original lineage of Reiki outside of Japan.
Reiki is a Japanese healing and relaxation technique. The practitioner channels energy into the recipient to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This process removes stagnation, blockages, and disruption in the body to allow the restoration of health.
Level 1 Reiki Class
In this class, students learn self-Reiki, including hand positions, energy hygiene, and recognizing situations where they can use Reiki. We also teach the history of this practice, which is so important when learning a modality from another culture. This class is taught 1:1.
Level 2 Reiki Class
At this stage of instruction, students learn hand positions and best practices when doing a session on another person. The class also covers:
- Distance Reiki Healing
- First Three Symbols of Usui Reiki
- Offering Reiki as a Service (brief introduction)
Once you complete Level 2, you are eligible to attend virtual “shares” where you can join other students to practice with each other. This opportunity is an excellent way to gain experience and confidence while continuing to learn new skills. This class is taught 1:1.
Level 3 Reiki Class
We offer this class at two levels: practitioner and teacher.
PRACTITIONER LEVEL
Once you complete the Level 2 classes and are using Reiki on yourself and others on a regular basis, you may want to move into the Reiki Master Practitioner program. This level takes a minimum of six months to complete. We offer this class twice a year to qualifying students. This class is taught in a group format, but you may choose a 1:1 option for an additional fee.
TEACHER LEVEL
If you feel called to teach, you may want to consider the Master Teacher program. To qualify for this class, you need to be an actively practicing Reiki Master for at least one year since your Master Practitioner attunement. This class is taught 1:1.
- Our classes, attunements, and other program components are all virtual over Zoom. Our classes give you opportunities to practice using Reiki.
- Each level includes one mentor call and access to student pricing for additional time if needed.
- We have an exclusive Facebook group for our students where we share additional articles and resources. This group also allows students in our community to stay connected.
- Participants will receive a certificate of attunement at each level as well as a lineage certificate by mail.
- Students and graduates of our programs qualify for special pricing for Reiki sessions with Amanda and Christopher.
