SESSION INFORMATION

We require full payment at the time of booking sessions.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept checks.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A SESSION, OUR POLICIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Cancellation/Reschedule 24+ hours – full refund
Cancellation within 24 hours – no refund
No show – no refund

CLASS INFORMATION

Some classes may offer a payment plan, which is noted in the class information.

EVENT INFORMATION

Many of our special events are non-refundable once booked*. This will be noted in the event information.

*If there is an option to receive a refund upon cancellation, it follows our standard policy.

INSURANCE

Our services are considered alternative/complementary, which is not covered by health insurance and is not reimbursable. All of our services are “self pay.”

We are registered and insured through the Energy Medicine Professional Association.
